  • We are seeking proposals that push beyond business-as-usual and speak directly to how we:

    • Redesign career services to meet today’s students—across access points, identities, and lived realities

    • Build meaningful, scalable employer partnerships that reflect workforce needs across Arizona

    • Integrate career development into the curriculum, not just around it

    • Use data, technology, and AI thoughtfully to expand—not replace—human connection

    • Lead through change, restructure teams, and sustain staff in demanding environments

    • Advance equity in ways that are measurable, not just aspirational

    • Collaborate across institutions—community colleges and universities—to create stronger, clearer pathways for students
