Build meaningful, scalable employer partnerships that reflect workforce needs across Arizona
Integrate career development into the curriculum, not just around it
Use data, technology, and AI thoughtfully to expand—not replace—human connection
Lead through change, restructure teams, and sustain staff in demanding environments
